Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

We offer FREE SHIPPING to USA addresses only.
What happens after your order is placed?
1. Order confirmation will be sent to your email immediately.
2. Order will take additional 2 business days for processing.
3. Once your order has shipped, you will receive the USPS tracking number via email. Your order will be shipped from our downtown San Francisco studio and will be delivered within 1-4 business days based on the distance from San Francisco.
Return Policy
We have extended returnable period to 60 days. Return or exchange postage is on us. Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Altered, Embroidered items, as well as Gift Cards are final sales and non-returnable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges
We will replace items and honor the shipping if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it, first fill out the form below or send us an email at charles@cottonthefirst.com
