Yes. We offer Free Shipping for any order over $50.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. We ship orders from our San Francisco studio and you should receive your order within 4 business days after the order has been shipped.

If you order made-to-order items, the designer will contact you with the lead-time. Typically, face masks take 3 business days and shirts take up to 3 weeks.

If you would like to start a return or exchange, email us at charles@cottonthefirst.com. 

Please contact us before sending your items back, if we receive your items without any prior communication, the refund will not be issued.

Any face masks, altered items, and gift cards are final sales and non-returnable.

We only offer Free Returns for full-priced shirts only, we will provide you the shipping label for your return. 

For seasonal sales items, the customer pays for return and exchange shipping. You are responsible for providing us with tracking information.
