Shipping & Return Policy

Free Shipping on all orders
We currently offer shipping within the US only.

Processing Time
Orders placed before 3pm PST ship out the same day.

Orders placed after 3pm PST ship out the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends ship out on Monday.

Delivery Time
You will receive the USPS tracking number via email after the order has been processed. All orders are shipped from our downtown San Francisco studio and will be delivered within 3 business days based on the distance from San Francisco. 

Return Policy
First return and exchange is FREE. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Altered and Embroidered items are final sales and non-returnable.

If you would like to start a return, email us at charles@cottonthefirst.com. We will provide you the shipping label for your return. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days. 

Exchanges
We will replace items and honor the shipping if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it, first fill out the form below or send us an email at charles@cottonthefirst.com
