What happens after your order is placed?Β 

1. Order confirmation will be sent to your email immediately.

2. For Shirt order: If received by 3pm pacific time, we will ship the order out the same day, otherwise the order will ship on the next business day.

For Face Mask order: please refer to the ship date above the add to cart button. Please be patient as we make each mask to order from our shirt fabrics and we don’t hold stocks.

For Bundle order: we ship the shirt and the face mask together when the face mask is finished.

3. Once your order has shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email. Your order will be shippedΒ from ourΒ downtown San Francisco studio and will be delivered within 1-4 business days based on the distance from San Francisco.Β 

Return PolicyΒ 

We have extended returnable period to 30 days.Β  Return or exchange postage is on us. OurΒ policy lasts 30 days. IfΒ 30 daysΒ have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Β 

Face Masks, Altered, Embroidered items, as well as Gift Cards are final sales and non-returnable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.Β  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.Β 

Exchanges
We will replace items and honor the shipping if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it, firstΒ fill out the form below orΒ send us an email atΒ charles@cottonthefirst.com
